Refund policy

At OneStop Mall, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest option is to return the original product (subject to approval) and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

  • Refund processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
